Breakdown of the puzzles under the cut:

The photo is of a black-and-white lily. Oculis actually mentiones somebody called Lily in a post a while back, somebody who rejected them and/or their influence. And Oculis's pfp is in black and white so I think it's the same person.

Patrick is an entirely new character - Reverie if you know somebody by this name let us know. It could be big.

Also yall haven't met properly - Jamez has helped with some puzzles, and Reverie was the one who got ARG'd first

The weird text tag reads: "Xmfw gw e uevlmre jsp lip". Not a Ceasar cipher, so I gotta dig a bit deeper to figure it out.

The binary code should be simple enough but I can't copy it from my phone. If either of you had laptop access and could translate that I'd really appreciate it.

One final note: I think we should try to limit direct interactions with Villy. We know he's in danger but I think if he finds out about the investigation, then whatever took him finds out too. IDK if it'll do anything, but it could help.

I haven't solved anything. Latin translation and ASCII are easy enough to break with a laptop and two brain cells; but whatever Vero sent is stumping me. Are you friends with them? Do you know what they used to encrypt that?

Nice to meet you. How exactly is it "worse"? Are you referring to the depths of the encryption, or to something else?

Additionally, I would recommend maybe making a Tumblr account to send all of these in to us. There really isn't anything stopping Oculis from just pretending to be you if it wanted. No problem if you don't, but I figured I would put the idea out there.

Just sent an ask to Vero abt Aaron, who's been sending anonymous asks to Reverie about them after their supposed disappearance. The reply had the letters to the word "HELP" capitalized in the first line. I think they have to pretend all is fine for now. At least this way, we know that Vero might still be on the other side of the screen...
