Distinguishing features: Long scar on back of left hand running between the pinky and ring finger and ending over the metacarpal bone, most often covered with gloves. Gold wedding ring on his left hand but is covered up for the most part with a pair leather gloves. Can often be found in pattern suits and oddly enough walking through the rain without an umbrella.
Personality: Often makes most people restless when he speaks to them as he tends to maintain long eye contact. He is in his own way, patient, but despises the feeling of being touched when unprompted or forewarned. Built with a sharp tongue and favors a glass of sherry in the afternoon, he is not to be trusted, he can and will lie at every turn. He may pick something up about someone else, but he might not ever voice it.
