My nephew is a weird orange techie but I love him all the same

Personally I think the most fun dynamic that they have is one were jp is this stern tight fisted character who scares the living daylights out of the theatre but has the biggest weak spot for his niece and nephew. He loves spoiling them even though their parents are very distant with them. Like he folds immediately when scooter asks for something.

It would be so fun to have him again but I know the executives didn’t like this character : P jp is fun he owns Rhode Island come on

I like to imagine that jp is this terrifying force most of the time but has a very soft spot for his weird little nephew

An idea of what scooters family looks like. We know what his sister and uncle look like so I wanted to try and fill in the blanks!

J.p didn’t marry into the family since he’s mentioned to have a wife. Scooter would call her mom if she was after all. Joan is mentioned to be a parrot and J.p is very much human so unless they are adopted or something I figure that his brother is scooter’s father. Joan is something like a sun conure in color and built generally like how Sam eagle is.

Scooter’s father is never really mentioned in muppets proper so I took some traits from the muppet kids series where he’s a doctor who looks mostly like scooter but I roled some things back. He’d be much less colorful than both of his children, distant and very busy. (Maybe he gets gonzo a lot as a patient) he never comes for any of his kids birthdays. Chronically divorced. His older brother j.p dotes on his kids way way more than he even attempts.

Scooter hates his birthday for this reason. (He learns to appreciate who does show up for him)
