I’m so sad, my riding has no NDP candidate. I checked the site and there are literally 2 people running for NDP seats in the entire city of Toronto. SO upset.

Are you sure about that?

Also I’ve heard that within the week the NDP will be nominating upwards of 100+ candidates. All ridings will have a candidate and soon. Every election the NDP runs a candidate in every riding. The main reason it takes the NDP longer, is because they specifically aim to recruit a high proportion of women, people of colour, people with disabilities, etc, and that takes time.

Currently the NDP has the highest proportion of women, people and colour and Black Candidates:

About 5 years ago when I was fresh out of high school I drew my favourite people on tumblr. I figured I redraw it since they’re all at different stages of their lives and my art has improved tenfold!! (( I added Samia Hamps cause she’s also had a huge impact on my life over the past years, i just don’t think she has a tumblr so i never included her in the first one))

This was the drawing that made me realize that people wanted to see my art and pushed me into creating so many beautiful pieces over the past 5 years.
