Jack Chappel of Groundspice utility boxes on thru the Dragon School. This artist moved here from his home town Chicago in 2015. He has painted several murals under the name Nice One around Oakland. He has been horning his skills in his downtown Oakland studio where he works with found objects, images and other materials to assemble them into collages using wood and paint. He painted another utility box in downtown Oakland through Athen B Gallery now known as pt.2 Gallery
