Been working on this denim jacket for several months. Some of these patches were purchased years ago and got harvested from the battle vest from my kandi kid era, some of them I made myself, and some are prints I got from a guy at an art fair. The screaming skull is from thrift store halloween section. I took this photo w/ a selection of my most prized pins on it, but I switch out the pins regularly. This thing is also outfitted w/ secret inner pockets, I put my art supplies and my stuffed rat in there.
This thing isn't done yet, I've got another patch on the way and a whole big back panel in the works, and I'll definitely make more patches. I'll get better photos and probably maintag stuff when its done lol. I'm really trying my damnedest to make this jacket as representative as possible of who I am as a person. Whimsy and horrors and textures and lots of love and lots of things that're important to me. Something something wearing my heart on my sleeve.
