My aunt had one goal in mind when she got her heart transplant and that was to fight. She refused to let this disease overcome her spirit and determination to live not just for her family but for other patients like her. On this day she gave a modified military style vest that can hold the heart ware device that powers the LVAD. We plan on continuing to give back to struggling heart patients but first they have to be willing to be positive and want to live. #jackiecolon (at Vanderbilt Heart)
