I created this painting in October 2012. The piece is 4' x 4' on canvas and stretcher bars I built myself. The piece was guided through trust and instinctive choices. "The Rush" was inspired by a bike ride on a warm, autumn day.

Jackie's painting "Pinnacles" will be featured in the 18th Annual New Generations Student Showcase at the de Young Museum. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
