Year 9 with P.E. and the Tulpar
So. I was not made aware until quite literally right before the crew was ready to start preparing to leave that a fifth crew member was put on.
I don't get it. Why this late? What do they aim to accomplish other than-- I just can't shake the feeling. This is NOT a good idea. I'm already advocating before I meet with the rest and have to introduce the newbie. This is shit. For everyone, including the kid.
Fuck.
I hope Curly takes this seriously. I'm worried for everyone involved. I'm having to come in really late for this and I know it is a thankless job for me but I have to. I hate being the mediator for all this horseshit but I'm not going to ignore the crew either.
Maybe seeing a grasshopper for the first time in a while is a good sign. I'm gonna spiral otherwise. I gotta be persistent and listen in to their needs, even if Management never fucking approves shit unless I can open the whole damn crew.
