American Rhythm Center, Chicago,
I always love photographing dancers. When you combine photography with dance, you distill an incredible kinetic energy into moments like act more like sculpture.
Dancers pictured from JJTC: @jacobjonasthecompany, @jillwil42, @dh2640, @marissalabog, @_cyberyoga_, @montayromero_, @wesleyens, @brooklynnreeves.
Dancers from Gauthier: Juliano Nunes and Anna Süheyla Harms.
These images were made at #CamerasAndDancers, an event I co-hosted with @jacobjonasthecompany at jacobspillow, in Becket, MA, July, 2015.

I need you help...but not for me.
I have a fantastically talented friend Zeph who I met at the Capital Area School for the Arts in 2010. Zeph is a hip hop dancer who came to CASA in hopes of expanding his dance training, and allowing his passion to turn into something more. Unfortunately, he was unable to attend university in the usa because of the cost. So instead he has been working hard pursuing his passion, and trying to afford to do something great with dance. Recently Zeph was accepted into the prestigious school at Jacob’s Pillow. Which I can say is truly an honor and an extremely selective program (one I would personally love to attend someday). It is an opportunity to work with some of the top choreographers from all over the world, see performances, and network with some of the top dancers both within the country and all over the world. If you have any spare money, and are an arts supporter, or in general would like to help someones dream come true PLEASE give what you can. He is a kind, hardworking soul, who deserves to have this opportunity and to not be denied it simply because of money. There are video links of Zeph dancing...he is a show stopper. http://www.gofundme.com/sen52g
