the brisk evening air hits you as soon as you step outside, a sharp contrast from the stuffy heat of the nightclub behind you. you shiver in your flimsy jacket, shoulders reflexively scrunching up to your ears.

without missing a beat, iwa’s arm is around you, pulling you in close to shield you from the cold. you nuzzle into him appreciatively, his body radiating warmth and smelling of cologne & liquor. though your body is cold, your face feels warm as he draws you in—whether that’s because of the alcohol or iwaizumi is anyone’s guess.

you sway against him as he calls the uber, his sturdy form holding you steady—for the most part.

“oi, you’re gonna knock us both over,” he grumbles.

“no,” you giggle, leaning further into him, “if i fall over you’ll catch me.”

“oh will i?” he smirks, cocking an eyebrow as he casts his gaze towards you. his eyes still make your breath catch.

“mmhm,” you hum, snaking your own arms around his neck, “you always do.”

the two of you are face to face now, eyes locked and glassy. iwa’s face is flushed a deep red as his hands find your waist, pulling your torso flush against him. his fingers lightly squeeze the flesh at your sides, and you can see the tiny, misty clouds of breath escaping your parted lips as you exhale together, intermingling with each other in the air.

wriggling closer against your boyfriend’s chest, you begin to feel a familiar ache between your legs, causing your heartbeat to quicken as your thighs squeeze together. iwa stares at you with hunger flashing behind his cloudy, mesmerized eyes, his hands dipping further down to caress your hips.

your eyes flutter closed as you press forward to kiss him, allowing your lips to linger a breath away from his for just a moment, before—

“the uber’s here,” hajime’s voice interrupts.

your eyes snap open to find a blushing iwa staring back at you. the confusion on your face causes him to crack a smile, giving your ass a playful but firm squeeze. you let out a tiny yelp.

“let’s get you home, princess,” he says as he breaks away, throwing his arm back around your shoulder and escorting you towards the car. his voice is husky and warm in your ear as he leans in close, “there’s so many things i wanna do to you when we get back.”
