Jade never panicked. That's just something he didn't do but Wick was after him and holy fuck he didn't know why but he shot his blue portal and crashed into Rick's apartment. He was bleeding, a mess, tears and sweat dripping down his face. He only wore his black slacks, but didn't have shoes or a shirt. He looked small and out of place. -jadedmorty
Rick was working on another invention, a revision of an earlier concept. He was making some real headway when BOOM a crash is heard in the other room. “What the-” Rick starts as he gets up from his desk, turning to head towards the noise, pistol at the ready.
He only makes it a few feet before he sees a familiar figure on the floor of the hallway. He walks closer before speaking, confirming the figure’s identity. He was covered in blood and his pants were a mess, since that was the only thing he was wearing. “Holy shit! Jade?” Rick calls out before swiftly approaching the younger’s side, kneeling down to help him up.
“What the fuck? What happened to you? Why are you here?” Rick asks desperately, looking the younger all over, his eyes wide with shock at the unexpected visitor’s current state.
