Kate would probably want to decorate her shoebox sized apartment because they never did anything like this when she was living with her father. so she's really excited and America just doesn't really care but she thinks it's cute that Kate is all into it. there's dark lights and cop webs and this giant spider that doesn't scare the crap out of America in the middle of the night when she's by Kate and needs to use the bathroom.

i’m not exactly an outgoing or friendly person at first but i’m way better at social stuff than a couple of years ago, and that’s a pretty big thing for me
