One thing to consider in your bug out bag, good quality wire. Excellent for binding things, and can be tightened to 'bite in' on connections of say, shelter components. It can be reused as long as the fatigue point is not exceeded and it will bio degrade a lot sooner than nylon rope or zip ties. [Saves you from cutting pieces off of your paracord.]
Thomas from MTJS: Brass snare wire is pretty awesome and I do have it in pretty much all of my bug out bags- excellent versatility with a trivial cost of entry.

OOC: Do you know what season opening that you like so much?
// Apparently it's season four as it seems I was watching episode 4.18

OOC: I don’t think rolling her up like a hoop, [forwards or backwards], would have been a good image, so I think the fetal position was a good choice.
// Fetal position is an very striking visual.
// And, in the interest of practicality, it's that or moving her from place to place coffin-style, which requires a much longer, more cumbersome box and is more likely to tip off people searching for a young man smuggling a girl.

It’s like when Pacific Rim came out and everyone said it was a rip off of whatever Mecha anime they liked most. People don’t realize how old and popular some of these tropes are.
// Whenever someone says that all I think about is how del Toro and Beacham stated that the film was modeled to be in the style and vein of kaiju and mecha works in a kind of homage or throw-back to them. It's so similar because there was an intention to recall that sort of thing? There are elements of a genre or subgenre that define it, and so of course the film will include it.
// And yes, ugh, I wish some people would realize there are certain elements that are ridiculously old. Some of them are so old, they're in our mythologies.

OOC: Are trying for an entirely different color?
[ I'm dyeing it back dark, but I also have a bottle of purple that I intend on using. I can't decide if I want the ends purple or the underlayer. ]

What is the most times you have gone to see a movie? {Discounting anything Phantom of the Opera related}
Probably 3. So that goes for The Avengers and HTTYD 2.
