Same here. I’m pretty irritated.

i wasnt expecting it to play in my small town but i cant believe only one theater in the city is carrying it. its ridiculous!!

Are you a pastor/ work for the church? I ask because so do I and am always interested when I meet another in fandom.

I’m a layperson. But at my UCC church, laypeople have a lot of opportunities to do liturgy writing, and I’ve also preached a couple of sermons and done some other pieces of the service over the years. It helps that I am seminary-educated. I generally write the liturgy (which is not a lot of work - it’s two prayers plus picking the songs) one or two months out of each year. 

 I usually really enjoy it - writing prayers is like writing situational poetry, and the challenge of making them authentic to my theology and also relevant for the congregation as a whole is fun. But the election has added a layer of challenge (and a layer of personal depression) that I haven’t quite figured out how to solve yet.

Yes!!! And guess what - the vet said to keep him on a gentle diet... which consists of white rice (his FAVORITE food), boiled ground beef, and cottage cheese. He’s pretty pleased.

Just answered this one... let’s see if I have another non-depressing answer in me. Hmm. Oh, I’ll never ride Maelstrom again! They shut it down in favor of building a Frozen-themed attraction. :( Sad, but not tragic. Yes, that answer will do.
