Dear students,
I am writing this to formally apologize for not attending class yesterday. I assure you that it was not some April Fools Joke, I simply needed a personal day and forgot to alert all of you. I assure you this will not be happening again.
I look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow morning. Please make sure to complete the assigned readings in your syllabus before arriving at class - we have a lot of ground to cover tomorrow.
