久々に作ったジャージャー麺 🍜 肉味噌にはネギの代わりに先日買ったノビル（野蒜）の緑の部分を混ぜ込んでみました。 そして麺は、絶対に見覚えはあるんだけど一度も買ったことのなかった「都一 中華そば」です。これ、小さめの袋にぎゅっと圧縮されてて2食入りだから、おそらく量が少ないんじゃないかと思って今まで買わなかったのかなぁ…？ 茹でたら量は普通だし、なかなかコシがあって美味しいではないですか❣️😋 これはまた買おうと思うけど…、ハテ？どこで買ったんだったか？1〜2ヶ月前のことなんだけど、思い出せない…😅

Spoiler alert: The jajamen from the supermarket are surprisingly nice! Great flavor with a little bit of spice, and great texture for both the silky noodles and the chunky sauce. Fleshed it out with a smoked egg (kinda odd) and some nice veggies. Nice dinner.

JAJAMEN is one of the best 3 noodles in Morioka, together with Wankosoba and Reimen.

It is characterized by white flat chewy noodle which is similar to Udon rather than Ramen. The original meat miso makes it spicy and addictive. You can add soy source, chili oil and vinegar as you like. After finish eating most of them, we usually beat an egg in the dish and hang it over to the staff. Then they pour the hot boiled water into the dish and it turns into a soup called Chi-tantan(チータンタン)! We can taste twice by one dish.

I'm in a real jajamen mood lately! Family Mart's aren't quite as tasty as Seiyu's, but still a really nice dinner, especially with some bean sprouts for crunch and volume.
