Watching Christopher Patrick Mullen laboring back and forth across the People’s Light stage wrestling with a dragon’s tale sets up the farcical silliness of Michael Ogborn’s latest panto, “Arthur and the Tale (or tail?) of the Red Dragon” with a book by director Pete Pryor and jill of all trades, Samantha Bellomo.
Mullen, playing Merlyn, a character who ages in reverse, is a delight throughout.…
