A new bellydance festival located in the Portland/Seattle area introducing a range of workshops and a brand new festival format: the flex pass. Buying a flex-pass allows you access to all sorts of classes/workshops so that dancers have the freedom to wander around and try new unplanned things without the fear of keeping up with a predetermined schedule.
