We took the DJI Phantom 3 Standard for its maiden flight and put a few our favourite shots together. Although super easy to fly, the shots were very difficult to grade. I found myself using the Art log, rather than d-log or cine-log - they're just to flat for the cameras bitrate. My style was set to custom with: sharpness -1, contrast -1 and saturation -3 - I would probably add a little more saturation and possibly try contrast set to 0. Finally I wouldn't even try shooting in 1080p! It does not hold up well from what I've found; the 2.7K files weren't too much of a challenge for my stock PC at all.
