The Houston Press has reported that their former editor, James “Jim” Simmon, 63, went missing on August 30, 2017. The Houston Press states that Simmon is an award-winning journalist who was also formerly the political editor at the Houston Chronicle and prior to that a reporter and assistant city editor for The Houston Post.
