Micah got a concerning call from James and immediately got up and headed over to his place. It was pretty late into the night, nearly midnight by the time he arrived at his front door. Whatever was going on, James needed him. So he wasn’t going to question it. He didn’t even bother letting his grandparents know, he just left. He knocked on the front door and waited, wearing the same outfit he had on for school that day and a sweatshirt, since it got chillier tonight.

Dylan was looking to really challenge himself on this trip. He’d camped before, his father taught him a lot about it, and he read a lot. So he knew a lot about the activities they were going to be doing for points. He’d never tried tracking animals before. It sounded hard and like a real challenge. So he started going around for a good fifteen minutes so far, finding animal tracks and finally on the lead. He had just found some animal scat and knew he was on the trail of something. He was leaning over and looking at which way he had to go next, when he heard a branch snap behind him. He quickly turned and looked over to see another student behind him. His names was James, from what he remembered by talking to him the one time. "Hey, you out here tracking, too?” He smirked over at the other, standing up again.

Something that was high on her list of things to do was rock climbing. How was that not exciting for just about anyone there? She rushed over, uncaring if anyone else wanted to it with her or not. She was very much ready for this. She noticed James had just gotten there as well and she smiled over to him, “You interesting in trying it out, too?” She asked, crossing her arms and looked up at what they were working with. “I’ve never rock climbed on actual rock terrain before. Looks pretty cool.” She grinned.

Even though David didn't think he would go back down that dark road after his last incident, there he was completely intoxicated with whatever he could get his hands on at the bar. He was starting off slowly - just a beer until it turned to a few shots and eventually an entire bottle of whiskey. Anyone who had less than him was probably cringing at his figure who was barely able to sit up straight in his seat. However, upon seeing a familiar person, he called out with his cup in his hand. "Jaaaaaaames! My man, how you doing?"

The party moved over to Eric’s place, after a lot of shit went down at Cassie’s. And maybe that was for the best, things were messy from the start of the night. Micah saw James after they all got to Eric’s and smiled, sneaking up to cover his head and making his voice deep as he spoke, “Guess who..”

@jamesspeaks the two only have one thing in common, as far as andre is concerned, and that’s a mere mutual friend. he wouldn’t outright admit it but he, too, has often succumbed to the school social hierarchy. his fingers shoves a waxworm on to the hook of his fishing rod, looking over at the southbank kid.  “you wanna cast together? solidarity and everything?”  because, honestly, andre could have very easily been james,  “i dunno.”

Micah had been worrying and freaking out all week since the party happened. He kissed James. Not just kissed him, made out with him. And what did he do? He freaked the hell out and then left Eric’s in a hurry. As soon as the kiss stopped and he looked back at him, everything hit him all at once. If James was regretting it, was he taking advantage of him by kissing him, would he regret it later if he was sober and they went too far? Call him paranoid, but this is what he worries about. After barely seeing him at school, especially with the drama about Irene happening, he waited till after school and showed up at James’s place. He knocked on the door with a sigh, waiting to see if he’d even answer the door.
