JANE GOE ALERT! IMAGINE hiding a motion activated cameras in your house and receiving an alert someone is in your house. This is her reality today! She has NO idea how he has a key OR how long he’s had it but she now has a video of him entering her home through a back door AND him wiping his finger prints from the door knobs as he left with BAGS of items from her house. When the police were called - he claimed she gave it to him. So they have to sort through this he said/she said scenario. Which made her have to go to court & request a protection order. But for TONIGHT she knows - she’s NOT crazy! ALL those times she was gas lighted and wondered how he knew things she hadn’t shared with him, now, make sense. ALL the times he randomly called asking- where are you as she arrived at a friends house, make sense. While she doesn’t feel safe going back to her house - she has peace of mind knowing there’s NO listening devices or cameras in the house she’s sleeping in tonight and she can rest easy knowing she’s safe. We have an immediate need for day care in West Des Moines for an 8 month old.
