@hqlfbloods from my Janey to their Ghoul
When Lucy had bumped on Janey and her gang, Janey had recognized her in an instant, and her words had confirmed she was Vault 33's Lucy, the little girl she used to watch while her mother worked. She had apparently gotten separated from her traveling companions, a ghoul and a dog, and Janey had decided to walk her back to repay Rose's favor of taking her out on the surface so many years ago. She had only told Lucy that she knew her mother and Moldaver but nothing more, especially not the fact that she wouldn't mind taking a shot at Hank herself. After reuniting Lucy with the Ghoul, though, Janey took a moment to pet the dog and give him a piece of her food too. She heard the girl say: "She's Coop. She's a raider, but she was friends with my mother and with Moldaver." "I ain't nobody's friend, I said I knew them," she pointed out without looking up. "She's nice!" Lucy continued, clearly determined to destroy her reputation. "Girl, don't make me shoot ya. I just owed them one."
And that had been almost it. They were going the same way and Lucy had clearly noticed something, because little questions kept coming. "I forgot how crazy Vaulties are," Janey blurted out in the end, glancing at the Ghoul, "How come you haven't gagged her yet?"
