Day 6 of @kenfetti-week! Some arranged marriage treaty kidnapping for The Ties that Bind prompt!
Have a fic:
His brothers call him Ka'ra after the symbol he paints over his heart, on his buy'ce, anywhere he can reach or get another to do for him; and for the way he speaks as if he will be listened to. It is the way brothers are named on Kamino.
He doesn't know how to tell them that his name isn't Ka'ra. He doesn't know what it is, just that his name is tied up with the redhead in his memories who's face is always dusted in blue of a shade he can't name with sharp points of metallic silver cutting through. One name will give so many more. Of his blue-silver and a sister that's different from his brothers because she's not from the same source.
He knows his blue-silver tells him things that he can't remember - though he does remember others. He knows it both is and isn't a star he's branding himself with. How his blue-silver talked about how kyber was carried long before his people learned how to build any casing for it.
His blue-silver says kyber and stars are the same even if Ka'ra can't see it. He searches for the words his blue-silver sometimes says when they aren't training. His brothers ask sometimes, but they don't understand why the much fogged era that their Progenitor is from, interests him so. Some laugh and ask if he thinks he's more Mand'alor Tra then they are.
Sometimes he wonders at that.
Flowers keeps him near as his Batch mates are sent away to Generals far and wide (except Fox who goes to Coruscant and it makes something in Ka'ra snarl at one of his being there). Flowers pushes to keep them together and somehow gets a General who thinks it's funny how Flowers frets over him. Jinn annoys Ka'ra. He finds the Jetii self-important and too sure of how right he is. But Flowers sees his compassion and feels grateful and Ka'ra won't push. Besides, being on Jinn's ship let's him research more.
And then they're ordered to join with another General for a mission. Jinn scowls at the orders, but Flowers and Ka'ra are looking forward to seeing Cody again. From what they can gather - mostly from asking Rex'ika to ask his General who apparently knows both - Jinn has thought Kenobi fell a long time ago. (Kenobi rings in his head, twisting up with kyber and a name he can taste but not recognize)
Then they link up with the 212th and Ka'ra steps out just behind Jinn and Flowers and-
And he stumbles, eyes locked on pale skin and red hair. He sees phantom blue spread over stormcloud eyes, silver that should hang.
Flowers tries to catch him, to pull him up and out of sight as he'd have to on Kamino but he's moving forward, eyes locked on the person who is first in his heart.
It's alright though, it's better than alright because he's met halfway, and they slide to the floor, already in a Keldabe Kiss, hands roaming all over each other.
"Obi-Wan," he keens over and over, euphoric at holding his Riduur again even as he feels the absence of Arla at his back like a missing limb.
"Jango," his stathas chants like a mantra, and he feels the star-bright essence lock back in place as his name not spoken by any other once he had been named Mand'alor echoes in his own head.
They're together again, as flesh and blood. That's all that matters even as the Galaxy is so very different from what it was last time.

Like. Super Accidentally. He is unaware he's doing it. At no point does anyone clue him in.
The Force sends Din Djarin, Baby Yoda and Cara back in time, to right before the Clone Wars. With a little help from the Force, a lot of strife and suffering is avoided.
Anywho, this is that crack au I was writing. It’s Jangoobi, it had time travel. It’s a bit of a mess.
@nofsky8 because you sent in an ask about this fic in particular.
Everybody Needs Luck, Chapter 3
Summary: "These people feel like my people. This cause feels like my cause. It calls to me like nothing I've ever felt before." - Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Defenders of the Dead Death was not the end for Obi-Wan, but neither is becoming one with the Force. Sure his time is up, he lets go...and awakens in a place he'd once, briefly, got to call home.
Melida/Daan centric Obi-Wan time travel AU.
Ships: Cerasi/Nield/Obi-Wan, future Jango/Obi-Wan, future Cerasi/Satine

I made @melida-daan to collect my headcanons and some Jedi Apprentice books info
Jango and Satine are married and rule Mandalore together. Obi-Wan is sent on a diplomatic mission there. The instant they see him they just quietly whisper “dibs!” at each other. At the same time. Then laugh because of course they’d have the same taste in men (this could be an open marriage type situation, or they got married for political reasons and aren’t together romantically but still get along)
im in my jango fett feels
ok but what if after dying, Jango doesnt just disappear: he is not a force user but he has bound up his fate to the Jedi, to the very galaxy itself -- the clones, his sons, who are *him* in some way deep down, but their own people nonetheless -- well, the Force does what the Force wants. in this case, what it wants is for Jango to haunt his clones to their last days, cycling through as an observer to each of his children, forced to follow their days, learn their names, their habits, the quirks that make them individuals.
some of his sons do not have names yet before they are taken by battle. some cling to rules, some grasp at identity distinct from the GAR with an equal or fiercer hold than those whose comfort is the regs manual.
following the commanders is always a trial, for the proximity to the Jetti, or he is bemused to find the clones term some Jedi with a careful or disdainful remove but the ones they term Jetti they do with a warm devotion.
the ones they call Jetti are even loved, whether as family, shield sibling or partner.
when Jango was alive, the thought of the Jedi’s ultimate betrayal at the hands of his clones, men who wore his face being the one who cuts the Jedi down one by one -- it had pleased him in a bone deep way.
now when he sees the way Cody or Bly, or even Wolffe look at their Jetti, he knows the sickening clench of guilt in what used to be his stomach.
the way Aayla Secura or Plo Koon look back is almost worse.
the way Obi Wan Kenobi looks back is definitely worse.
there are some intimacies the Force whisks him away from to cycle among his other sons, and for that Jango is grateful. he doesnt want to know for sure if Bly and Secura have exchanged the vows. if he had any certainty about Cody and Kenobi, then this would be an unliving hell for true.
as it is Jango cherishes and loathes his time shadowing Boba with equal measure.
what he once looked forward to with the most exquisite anticipation, he now dreads.
one day, the Force whispers to him as Cody and Kenobi go after Grievous once again. It says: he will attack your beloved and hate himself for it and Jango would have neatly swallowed his tongue if he were still of the living. For of course he would be able to lie or distract himself from why Cody and Kenobi is worse than the others, but not the Force. It is a bitter truth he finds unwelcome.

And finally, day 7 of @kenfetti-week, where to add a little spice I ask "what if a/b/o was actually brain parasites?"
