“So I found this cat laying besides the dumpster and it doesn’t seem like it’s doing so good. I think it’s dehydrated? The weather is too hot for animals to be left outside and this one can’t move all that well. At first it hissed at me but after awhile it let me go near it. You seem to be the expert though at this. Is there anything I can do to help?”
