Cooked jap curry rice the other day, with angus beef hamburg and soft boiled egg. That hamburg was unexpectedly good - got it from @coldstoragesg. Jap curry sauce with potatoes and carrot was from @daiso_singapore, and I added hon shimeiji mushrooms, champignons and corn. Instant Jap rice was also from @daiso_singapore!
