Humpday is having me wanting some of this Japanese-Peruvian fusion sushi we enjoyed in Santiago. Absolutely delicious using fresh Peruvian ingredients but in the style of sushi. I liked that the place was a tiny hole in the wall with a six-seater bar where you can see the food made and cooked in front of you. 🍣🍤🍹 #chile #santiago #pankosantiago #japeruvian (at Panko)
