I've been asked why I ship Scorpius/James and never Scorpius/Albus
Scorpius and Albus’ friendship is really huge, it's the first Potter-Weasley and Malfoy friendship and I feel like too often are friendships turned into more. I feel like this is so important to respect and love. Not all friendships need to be made into more. Albus needs friends, the rest of the people he hangs out with are his family...THEY HAVE TO LOVE HIM
Scorpius and James I can imagine having one of those relationships where James is like the older brother who doesn't really notice Scorpius except in a that's my brothers best bud kind of way and that probably would make scorp crazy
I imagine James being a really haughty and angry kid, like he has a lot to get through being the chosen ones son. Add on that he's in Gryffindor so everyone must-have so much expectations for him especially after his brother ended up slytherin.
I head canon Albus being really pissed that scorpius has a crush on his brother. Like hello, I already have to share everything with my siblings, you're the only thing I have that I didn't think I had to share.
I imagine it being long and difficult road for scorp and James, and it probably doesn't change till one day James actually for once brings someone home on the Sunday burrow dinner which Scorp has been invited to since the year his mother passed.
Scorp and James end up working together at the ministry while Albus ends up seeker for some national Quidditch team.
This turned into a head canon list lol but its all valid to me
This isn't to say your scorpius/albus pairing isn't valid, it totally is. Just so is mine ❤️💋
