Hello! It was really simple actually, I used a black baseball cap as the base. Then I just stuck a large strip of black foam all around the back and sides to make the ‘wings’ (cut at a backward angle at either end). Then a semi circle of black foam for the front piece with the first order logo stuck on (I printed it out and mounted it on more foam). Then I trimmed the peak of the baseball cap down quite a lot, to better match his, and sealed it with some black fabric paint. It’s quite crude really but the overall effect is pretty good, plus it was cheap and easy to make :) hope this helps!
