1. To bobble around in a clumsy manor:

Did you see Mr. Pete floundering around the alley yesterday?

2. To turn your head so far to look at another persons computer screen that they can see both of your eyes in their peripheral vision:

Bob was floundering me so long his computer went to sleep.

Jargon Watch: Diamondbergs n. pl. / 'd?-m nd-'brgz / Diamond chunks believed to exist deep inside the atmospheres of Jupiter and Saturn. Diamondbergs are formed by atmospheric pressure as carbon soot particles from lightning storms fall from the sky. There could be as much as 10 million tons of space bling out there.
