It still surprised her how fond of him she had grown since they were apart then reunited back on the continent and then here in Washington once more. Despite him not having his memories. He had helped her so much and everything about him was a relief. “Jaskier!” She went over to him and hugged him close. With Geralt and Ciri here as well it was all she needed. “It is so good to see you, my dear.”

"Jaskier, good to see you in one piece after everything." Yennefer smiled at her friend. "I am glad." She really was. She did consider Jaskier a dear friend, he had been willing to help her when Geralt hadn't and when she was without magic he was there.

"So what name are you going by these days, Bard?" Iorveth had met and known him through Geralt. He didn't mind the other, for him being a dh'oine. A little annoying but not horrible. He was harmless.

"Do I need to test you for a stroke, Jaskier?" Yennefer looked at her friend with a little chuckle though she was genuinely worried about his sanity. She knew one day it would completely crumble.

A lot had happened since she last saw Jaskier. He was the only connection she had to home and part of her was glad it was him. Even if they didn’t see eye to eye, she knew Geralt with come with drama as would anyone else. Jaskier without his memories was just sort of annoying but like a little sibling. “Fancy seeing you here.” She smiled a little bit at him, as she stepped beside him at the bar.

Yen felt right at home at an event like this. Pulling the skirt of her maxi black dress up slightly at the thigh high slit, to make it easier to walk. Her purple eyes scanned the crowd. She was technically still working, as Secret Service for Leia. She never stopped really. Her gaze rested on a familiar face. With a red wine in hand she went over to Jaskier. 

“Jog any memories for you?” She asked when she stepped next to him. She wondered if he had his memories of their home world. “Not sure if you ever went to gatherings like this in our home but they were pretty much in every court.”
