As a business man, he believes in equality among his employees rather than having them depending on clients. While tips are accepted, they're encouraged (he can't do anything to force his workers to put them there) to put hem in a jar for sparingly split the money. His employees are contracted to a minimal salary a month rather than having them living of tips. The salary is fair and safe to keep them working and living and he doesn't mind giving it in advance if needed be, raises are negotiable based on promotion merits. His employees work for him, not for clients so tipping is neither obligatory nor a requirement for them to live.

While by default he is Magda and Erik's son, in a variant of him, he is a Luthor-Lensherr, adopted by the Maximoffs to keep him away from danger on decision of both Erik and Lex. The small variations here lead to Jasper perceiving a part of Luthor's fortune rather than using his powers as the only source of real income.

Elemental assimilation. Jasper can manipulate the elements without limitation however he must come into contact with them in order to reach them. Elements have to be consider as such (air, fire, water, earth, metal, electricity, plants, gravity, light, gravity, sound, aether, magnetism). Air, aether, gravity, light, sound, water, fire and electricity are a part of his permanent kit, as he is in touch with them (fire through breathing combustion, electricity through synaptic senses, air because it's everywhere, as is aether and gravity), thus he can manipulate these elements and theiir related powers. For Plants he need to touch wood, for Metal and magnetism he needs to touch it, for earth he can't be touching artificial elements, but grounded air, etc. Asp art of his aether manipulation he is an alpha level psion. When assimilating all forces at once, he can access time control.

Son of Erik Lensherr, brother to the Maximoff twins and Lorna Dane. He was six years old when the Maximoff house was brought down to rumbles, and his powers saved him by assimilating the rocks he was buried under, due to the lack of control and his powers manifesting as a self defense mechanism he was ininitally mixed with the rock, when he was dug out his sibligns were no longer around and already living apart. He was adopted by a family in the US that wanted a child. His past was never forgotten and when his sister first appeared, he travelled to sokovia within minutes only to find his brother dead. Before his sister could be made aware of his pressence, the exposure to the elements around had his power manifest in a way that never did before nad he travelled to the moment of Pietro's death, albeit without enabling his brain to not process the bullets, his power immedaitely removed the bullets inside but Pietro's loss of consciousness lead to believe he was dead. When returning to present, he approached his brother and woke him up. In the following years, and wary of the Avengers, they remained hidden together until he was blipped away.

Pietro and Jasper reunited with Wanda after the events of Wanda Vision when rumors of her actions reached them, preventing her from seeking magic for selfish reasons. The book didn't corrupt her, albeit it was still kept.
