Lady and some other, newer adults who don't have kids (on this blog)

Jataro: New! A powerful and very long-lived uwabami yokai who's gone through his phases of being a man-eating monster, people trying to get him to chill out and stop eating people eventually warping into him being worshiped as a local god, becoming a jakotsu baba's familiar after eventually being forgotten, not liking being a familiar because he was too used to being a god, and breaking up with her. Now, as he puts it, he's mellowed out in his old age, and is living quietly among humans. Huge fan of food and alcohol, and can eat and drink much more than it looks like he should be able to. Likes a girl with a hot body, which is to say high body temperature. Because he’s a reptile.

Our Dark Mistress Lady Lady Iori Bijutsu: She didn't do much before, but she's probably pretty self-explanatory. And hasn't changed.

Hashidate Shizuyo: New! A sleazy shady job agency woman. Many of the jobs she can get you are high-paying, but illegal/dangerous/potentially supernatural. Doesn't have much of a conscience, though she does show some favor towards those who survive enough of her jobs. This is not necessarily a good thing. Saburo has to interact with her sometimes. He hates her.

Kirimura Satoko: New! A teacher known for being strict and no-nonsense, and is generally disliked by her students. Really, she's trying her best to do her job right, and not let this be another failure in the sea of failures and crushed dreams that has been her life up until this point. She is so miserable. Please be mean to her anyway.
