The world spun for a disorienting moment as Soren was flung by his captor, and caught by his shoulders. Soren threw up the content of his stomach.

"Uhg." The Mud Wing holding onto him scrunched his face in disgust. "Why do they always throw up when I do that?"

The dragon with Kludd in his talons flew up beside them as they headed off in the opposite direction of their hollow.

"Nice eyes, Jatt." The Mud Wing holding onto Kludd said. "We would have had to go back empty handed."

Soren felt the dragon holding him shiver, "We would have been better off not going back at all."

Voltron fans, please bear with me for a moment as I explain my fever dream crackship I like to call Jatt

Okay, so one day well terribly sleep deprived and well I was in my own little world I came up with the idea of JATT which is James Griffin and Matthew Holt from voltron AS WE KNOW and not ONLY that I came up with a WHOLE ENTIRE FUCKING BACKSTORY cause why not! Mind you, I HAVE NEVER FINISHED VOLTRON sad, I know maybe one day since I have it on my phone, but until that day, I've only got to around halfway of season seven and stopped there because I was mentally drained by it (seriously I went on four walks in one day over one season cause I genuinely just needed to think about it AND THINK I DID) SO NOW I PRESENT TO YOU JATT AND HOW I'D THINK IT'D WORK IN MULTIPLE WAYS EVEN THOUGH I GENUINELY DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT JAMES BECAUSE AS WE KNOW I NEVER FINISHED THE WHOLE SHOW!!!

In the ways Jatt works (or atleast how it does in my head)

James and Matt are Keith's past exes, so they either before or after everything got into a relationship to get over him/to make him jealous, maybe? (That would mostly probably be James, i think.) And when they start dating, they start gaining feelings for each other, whether they were wanted or not or whether they knew or not. Now, if it's after everything that can go in multiple ways, BUTTTT if it's before I have a perfect scenario for it 😈

AHEM I NOW PRESENT TO YOU THE BEFORE EVERYTHING HAPPENED SCENARIO WITH EXTRA ANGST BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE IT!!!!

Okay, so pretty much they started dating in school to again make him jealous/ get over him (again before I go on I dont know much about James so if i mischarcterise him a bit im sorry I will try and fix my mistakes) well when they do this Matt genuinely starts liking him ALOTTTTT like he ends up being absolutely DOWN BADDD for James WERE TALKING ANOTHER LEVEL OF DOWN BAD and James is lowkey still yearning for Keith but he starts like SLOWLY falling for Matt too whether he admits it or not and then after months maybe even a year or a little less than one its time for Matt to leave for THE MISSION and James is like SO upset because he lowkey doesnt want to say goodbye but when they do its so beautifully tragic in a sense ANYWAYS HERES THE WHOLE SCENE THATS BEEN IN MY HEAD SINCE I CAME UP WITH JATT!!

Matt and James hug to physically show their goodbye to one another since they didn't want to say it cause then it'd really mean a goodbye. And neither of them were going to do more until Matt stopped and decided to kiss him something they've never really done before. I mean, that's not really entirely why they started this relationship in the first place, they never even considered being a genuine and serious couple with all the real romantics to it so why was he doing this all so suddenly? They both thought they were over after this moment until they reached the same planet again, but I guess not? Matt spoke up, "You obviously can date other people if you want to. But I'll wait for you until I'm back even if I know you're with someone new, or you just dont like me anymore. I'll continue waiting.. I mean, what choice do I really have?" He let out a small laugh even though he was completely serious about his words and actions. And with that, James waited for YEARS for Matt. Even if he at first tried to go back for Keith, he knew it wasn't meant to be. He needed his dorkish boyfriend, who was up somewhere missing in space.

AND THATS WHY WE SHOULD ALL SHIP AND LOVE JATT VERYTHEORISTJELLYFISH OUTTTTT

I have an image in my head but i dont have the skills enough to draw it D:

Camera angle as if the camera is sat on the edge of the seat behind the passanger's seat in the back of a car (btw when i say passanger and driver, it is the british version, so the driver is in the right, so the camera is on the back left seat) looking out to the door on the back right. Laid across those seats is a Matt Murdock, head on the end of the right seat and legs resting across to where the camera is, his left leg is bent up while he keeps his other leg straight across. He is shirtless and bandaged up, in his right hand he has pulled off his mask and is resting it on his belly (this is more specifically chip zdarsky's run matt, so ginger hair and the style of suit from the comic not from the show)

Outside of the cab is Jake Lockley (this is his cab), the door is open and he is resting his right arm along the roof of the door to hold him back as he rest leans on the cab and looks down at Matt, (he is the one who drove them to this obscure location to patch him up in the back of his cab)

(Bonus, but angle from outside of the cab, showing that in jake's right hand that is resting on the roof of the car, he is holding a lit cigarette. On the floor outside of the car is a first aid kit and a partially unrolled roll of bandages. Jake is cross legged as he stands)
