Jaw Worm interlude

Building a large polymer clay jaw worm. Because I want to decorate my house with large polymer clay jaw worms, as people do. I already made a small one a while ago but... More jaw worms.

I'd started making this like a couple months ago but I made the armor too big. I stripped the Sculpey, resized the armor, and restarted the skin process.

Less than one hour later, the armor has been fully covered. The Jaw Worm has been fed an aluminum ball for anti-sagging support.

The beautiful freckled texture is turquoise granite Premo Sculpey:

discovering the existence of this type of Sculpey, my first reaction was "it's the color of a jaw worm" and so I thought of this project. I understand the target project for this kind of clay is usually jewelry though. Also it's usually pretty pricey but I found a great deal and I was able to get six pieces for 2 euro each :D
