It used to be so hard not to text you. Now it's that hard TO text you.
I can't let anyone else in until I stop waking up from nightmares of you.
Fuck. This. Day.
Is it wrong of me to be sitting here bawling my eyes out because I miss you so fucking much?
I hate who you've become. But that doesn't change the fact that I''m still in love with who you used to be. I don't know how to undo those feelings. I'm afraid that there's really no way. That scares me. It scares me to feel this empty.
I'm really not sure what I'm doing anymore. Pretending that things are getting better is actually only making them all that much worse. I need to get out of this place.
It's thanksgiving, and when I think about it, you're probably who I'm most thankful for. What I'm most thankful for. Over this past year you've taught me more about myself and about life than I could ever imagine. You taught me what it means to love someone and that it's okay not only to give love, but accept it. I'm thankful for all of our memories and the perfect moments we spent together. I'm even thankful for the bad times. I'm thankful for you never letting me give up, no matter how bad things were. Through that you showed me how strong I am. You've helped me grow so much and I know I've done the same for you. I think that's how you know something was truly worth it. Today, and every day following, I will be thankful for you and and what you meant and will continue to mean to me. I still love you very much. I always will.
It's thanksgiving. And I'm thankful for you.
"We're fighting"
Can't get over that.
