4. What do you love about yourself?

Have I mentioned how much I love you pom *grin* okay anyway I'd say I love my honesty. It gets me in trouble at times and I often speak without thinking which makes me tactless or otherwise gets me into potentially embarrassing situations but if there's one thing I hate it's liars and I'm just glad that people can know they can trust me. At least I like to think that.

20. Are we raised into what we love, or do we come to love it based on how we were raised?

Another curious one and one with wording such that I'm not entirely sure I understand but let's see if I can't try. We're all unique, but we have some shared traits as a species of course. Culture affects us just as much as our own experiences. There are certain things that we no doubt love because we grew up with them, typically I associate this with food or certain activities that one habitually does when they're younger and thus comes to associate them with comfort. This isn't always the case, though. If it were then I would have an unhealthy love of drinking coffee (which i hate the taste of) and being loud and huggy with complete strangers. For the most part I'd say that what we love comes from experience. We come to love things that resonate deeply within some part of us, often because we associate those things with feelings of well being. This is part of the reason why I prefer to keep certain thing (i.e drawing) as hobbies rather than go into a career with them because you may love what you do but that love may stagnate as the action becomes disassociated with the inner joy it once brought.
