JAY HWANG RELEASES MV FOR 'SOMEONE ELSE'

Six months after his last comeback with ‘Pretty But Hateful’, featuring K1SS’ Ahn Young Il in the music video, Jay Hwang - aka Hwang Jae Jung -  finally returns with a new album called ‘Spring. Five Songs I’m Sending to a New Love’. Ahead of this release, he has revealed the track “Someone Else” as promised at midnight on April 22nd (KST).

It seems the owner of that soulful voice that Jay Hwang hinted on his previous tweet belongs to none other than the talented 7 Sins’ Archer Jung!

MYPE DEBUTS A NEW GIRL GROUP; NYX.

Hwang Jae Jung’s – aka Jay Hwang – first girl group Nyx have finally launched their debut by releasing the music video for “Russian Roulette“!

  Nyx quickly became one of this year’s most highly-anticipated rookies, as they decided not to adopt the usual girl group formula of aegyo combined with electronic pop music. Instead, the girls have delivered a powerful song that truly lets their vocal colors shine, along with a video that’s provocative yet fresh.

JAY HWANG IS TEAMING UP WITH MONSTER TO CREATE A NEW LINE OF HEADPHONES

Monster Cable has previously collaborated with Dr. Dre to create his famous “Beats” line of headphones, but now they’re moving beyond Beats. Monster will be teaming with Korea’s very own Jay Hwang! According to CNET, “The new headphones by Monster [will] get the same audio engineering that made its Beats line popular, but with a jewelry-like design to appeal to “younger consumers.””

Together with Monster, Jay Hwang has created the ‘Diamond Tears-Edge High Definition Music Headphones’ (as seen above) which will be available the first quarter of 2012 for $279.95, while the ’in-ear’ versions will be available towards the end of 2012.
