Jing Fen / Jay Pretty/ Victor Feng/ Lily Feng/ Virginya Feng
Victor is a respected and high-powered politician. Lily is a tough businesswoman. Their respectful, yet somber nature masks their sinister, secret plans to one day take over San Myshuno!
Victor's mother is Virginya Feng, a vampire who last drew breath in the 1800s. 50 years ago she was tricked into a love affair and marriage by the charming but dastardly Jing Fen, and Victor is the product of that union. Virginya fled shortly after he was born, fearing what would happen if she let her guard down around the scent of newborn blood. Unfortunately for Victor, that left him to be raised by a man who hates children.
While Jing can proudly say he molded Victor into the politician he is today, Victor is terrified to continue the legacy of his parents, especially as vampirism can skip a generation. Lily hates children (the opposite of her younger sister Alice) so she was glad for their childless marriage, but nothing gains voter approval and boardmember votes more than the image of the perfect happy family. Their Solution: foster a teen.
Jay Pretty, one of many of SimNations unaccompanied minors, got his Annie moment when the Fengs picked him, and while he is waiting for the other shoe to drop (are the Fengs a family of villains?) he is enjoying being able to keep up with his friends on all the latest video game trends, and he might just have a shot at being a Master Chef after all with the size of their kitchen.
