I sometimes wonder if Taylor and Joe might still be together if anyone other than Scooter bought her masters and she was able to establish a working relationship with them. Spending the past few years digging through her past the way she has must have led her to question so many things about the paths she traveled and what she sacrificed along the way and crystallized what she needed to move forward and be fulfilled. And he no longer fit because she found something in herself that deserved to be celebrated and no longer dimmed.
