1. What is your favourite combination of words? This can be a sentence, two words together, anything. Think Tolkien’s ‘cellar door’ idea.
Shit man. I'm a big bibliophile. Words are aprodisiac to me. Calling one (combination) my favourite feels like a betrayal. But I am quite the fan of the darker part of the spectrum. Decay, Dementia, Slaughter, Asylum, Putrefaction, Rot, Moist! Such words. They're like poetry to me.
Oh! there's actually a pretty decent original slash fic were the main character "feels" the words spoken to him, so some words actually hurts him because they're sharp and hissy, and others feel nice. It was really interesting cause it made me think of how words "feel" more.
But I'm straying from the original question. Shutting up now.
2. The one song that you would hate to hear at your funeral.
Pretty much any hymn that tried to romanticize that I'm to be put six feet under. I'm dead man, don't weep over me, fucking celebrate the years we had together, yeah? Just pull up my Most Played and let it rip. I want people to party at my burial! Put the Fun in Funeral! If I'm not buried wearing a party hat, a wine bottle and someone's left shoe, I will be very upset and haunt your asses.
3. For the love of your life, would you take the ORIGINAL Little Mermaid’s deal? Meaning lose your ability to speak and feel the pain of a thousand knifes stabbing you when you walked, BUT have the ability to walk and dance with the person you love for 3 days?
Fuck no.
A) I'm as unromantic as they come.
B) I'd be too busy silently screaming in pain to actually do any walking or dancing.
C) As I said, words are important to me. I want to be able to talk to that person!
D) 3 days is nothing. We're going to spend at LEAST a year on the bog in our lifetime (I'll probably end up spending 5, cause I tend to read while doing the business, and forget to get off when I'm done) so sorry if I don't see the value of 3 days FILLED WITH PAIN.
E) Love is, at least for me, the small everyday things you do and say to each other. Grand declarations of love is nice and all, but I'd much rather have someone fix my coffee up just the way I like it in the morning, without having to ask.
F) I don't think you'll know who the love of your life is/was until you're dying. Attraction - Crush - In Love - Love -True Love, those are all different things.
4. A superstition you have (not necessarily a negative one) that other people find silly.
Stepping on sewer lids marked with an "A". I was taught not to at the age of six by my brother's girlfriend. I still automatically skip over them, and probably will do so until I'm old and can no longer walk.
Heh, I told my bestfriends about not stepping on "A" lids when I was like 7 or so, and they thought it was fine. Up until about a year later when they decided that they didn't want to be friends with me any more. They remembered my aversion to "A" lids and took great pleasure in jumping on them in front of me while mockingly declaring how much fun it was. Thing is, joke's on them, cause stepping on those lids gives you BAD FUCKING LUCK.
5. What’s scarier: a rabid dog charging you when you have no one to help you OR public speaking.
Rabid dog. I'm not afraid of public speaking as long as I know what I'm supposed to be talking about (I work as a guide so...). I'm not afraid of dogs either, but if a big dog decides that it wants me dead, I'm dead. Dogs can kill you, speaking in public generally doesn't.
6. The first ever fandom you were part of. It could be something you didn’t consider a fandom until you were old enough/wise enough to know what fandom was, but the first thing that caught your heart like your fandoms do today.
Harry Potter. It's because of Harry Potter that I joined a fandom community, met fellow fans and made friend with people on the other side of the country and got to read my first fanfics. Without that, my life would look very different today.
Before Harry Potter, I didn't know that the was something beyond just appreciating canon.
7. Who would you be on the Inception team? (both realistically, by your ability, and which would you want because it’s fucken cool?)
Point Man. My mind is structured as fuck and you should see how vivid and detailed my dreams (nocturnal and day) are. I'm also partial to making plans, and structuring shit up. I want to know EVERYTHING so that I can make proper plans and make certain that everything flows smoothly. I make charts.
8. Name a trait of your favourite character that you would hate to have, and a trait of a hated character that you would love to have.
I'd hate to have Spock's, uh, vulcan aversion to expressing feelings, cause dude, if I find something funny (which I usually do) I'll throw my head back and laugh loudly. In public. I also make faces about pretty much anything.
I'd love to have Tywin Lannister's "I'm the King('s hand) and I decide so you do as I tell you and I won't destroy you this day" alpha male douchebaggery. Not the full force, but a sprinkle would be nice.
9. How old is the oldest thing you own?
Uh, Well, I'm to inherit my grandmother's kitches assistant from 1958. And by that I mean a multi-purpose kitchen appliance, not a person. I inofficially own it already, but we're doing the polite thing and not dividing up her stuff until she actually dies.
Other than that, I have a replica skull of a black plague victim, but I guess that doesn't count.
10. What is your favourite color of skittles?
Purple. And Green. Uh, depending on the TYPE of skittles. I like grape and apple flavours.
11. Is there a film you can quote basically start to end, back to front, through the commentary, when you’re woken up first thing in the morning?
The Emperor's New Groove. In two languages.

1. Is there an object, or a piece of clothing, that you have on you at all times (or often) that makes you feel strong and/or powerful? What is it and how did it come to be that for you?
My big, stompy boots. I've got a pair of 14 hole Underground steelcap boots. Everytime I wear them, I feel like I could form a rebel legion, cause mayhem and kick someone's leg off. I got them when I turned 14 and they show a bit of wear, but quality last, you get what you pay for and I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if I still have them 10 years from now.
2. If you could fall into any novel or fanfiction, which would you choose and why? (bonus: would you want to be in it as one of the characters already written or a character of your own?)
I'll have to go for Harry Potter. I adore the quirkyness of the universe and to have magic and be able to run around Hogwarts would be the dream for me.
I'd prefer to go as me + magic, but if I had to choose a canon character, I thing I'd go for George, actually.
3. What lyrics best describe you? Do they mean something to you or are they just appropriate?

Working in healthcare. Or any kind of care really. I'm a creator/destroyer, not a maintainer.

And by shame, you mean like a guilty pleasure? Uh, thing is, I don't really feel ashamed over anything, especially not the things I enjoy. But in the spirit of actually answering the question, I guess you could say "Sex and the City" (which is a tv-show, but close enough). Thing is, I don't particularly like any of the characters (I even abhor Carrie), and the over all plot is pretty "meh". But I still love watching it and I don't know why D:
6. Do you believe in miracles? Why or why not?

Miracles as in "good things happening due to devine intervention"? No. I really can't believe there's a devine entity watching over us.
But I do believe in Karma. And Luck. And chance.
7. Have you ever done something impulsive that’s major? (gotten a tattoo, or a piercing, or spent $2000 on a plane ticket on a whim)
Not really. I have a hard-on for planning so anything major that happens is usually planned out in detail. Well, with one exception. On my last year at artschool, I got called up one sunday and asked if I wanted to follow on the "class trip" to Prague that was set to leave the following morning. One of the students had to cancel so they had an open seat on the plane and a bed that I could take if I wanted, for a small fee, ofc. Naturally, I said HELL YEAH, biked to the store and bought a suitcase and hey-o Prague! I also met one of the best people I've had the pleasure to know on that trip, so it was more than worth it.
8. If someone asked you, right now, what would make you happy, what would you say?
Financial Indipendece. Not that I'm a money whore or anything, but having substansial funds would mean that I had the freedom to live life as I want. I could travel and finally get to hug my online friends. I could have a nice apartment. Time to draw, go to cons, buy merch, eat whatever I wanted. It'd be amazing. I wouldn't have to worry about paying bills. That would be bliss.
9. What film are you excited for that’s due out soon?
Thor. And Kick-Ass 2. And Monster University. And that horror movie that's supposed to be really fucking scary. And a shit load of other movies THAT I CAN'T FUCKING SEE CAUSE THE CLOSEST CINEMA IS OVER TWO HOURS AWAY and I don't own a car and the buses doesn't go back home that late.
10. Who was your favourite teacher at school? Did they teach your favourite subject or were they just generally awesome?
Åsa. She was the drama teacher and basically made out of happiness, humor and excitement. She was awesome.
11. If you had 24 hours to live and unlimited resources at your disposal, what would you do?
I'd say "get hold of the fastest mode of transportation and then travel to all my friends and give them one last hug" but all dem fuckers live on either corner of the world so even at mach 5, I still wouldn't make it in 24 hours. So I guess I'll go with writing a personal letter to all my close friends, telling them how much they all meant to me and how much I love them. I'd then post all my w.i.p's, write one final note on all the sites I use. Re-read one of my favourite fics in each fandom I'm in, eat something nice, say goodbye to my family and then go for one last swim.

My 14cm Demonia platform boots, actually. Only shoes that has never given me any blisters, and they fit like a dream. Perfect padded support under the arch is the secret.
But I'd rather walk barefoot all the time though...

Diesel Green. It's really hard to get hold off now though, so I value my botte highly.

All the time. I live in a little redneck mountain town. All politics are outside of this community.
7. What would you teach your kids about sex? At age 10, to make it more specific. Then again when you have ‘the talk’.
Easy. I'd tell them how their bodys work, what to expect and that it's completely normal.
Then I'd say "Do whatever you want to as long as it feels right. If it doesn't, say No or Stop, if your partner tries to convince you after that, you're allowed to punch them in the eye. Always use a condom and lots of lube. Always make sure that you have your partners consent. Have fun and if you want more info about anything, never hesitate to ask."
8. Is it moral to keep undomesticated animals as pets? Are pets a moral gray area?
You shouldn't go lasso yourself a wild animal. Seriously. Don't be a douche. An undomesticated animal born in captivity? Well, they probably wouldn't survive in the wild, so you better take responsibility for them and give them a home that has everything they need.
Other pets, like cats and dogs and horses and what not, are perfectly ok. Treat them well and they'll be happier in your home than the wild.
9. What was your first word when you started to talk?
Idk, probably the standard "mommy"
10. Would you, given the choice, change yourself to fit in or change the world to fit you?
The thing is, it's the challenges that makes the world worth living. I mean, if everything is TOO easy, it gets boring. just take any game for example. If you go god mode, or cheat yourself into super powers, well, it gets kinda boring pretty fast. If you know you're going to win everything you do, what's the point?
But to answer your question: I like me. So I'd change the world.
