Portrait of Kalamandalam Gopi 🎭 Acrylic on Styrofoam Sheet | Approx. 50 × 70 cm Painted over 16 years ago, this was one of my early works, created during my first job at an advertising company in India. I used a Styrofoam sheet as canvas — a humble material that held one of my most passionate expressions.
This portrait honors the legendary Kathakali maestro Kalamandalam Gopi, capturing a moment of silence before performance — where grace, emotion, and discipline live between brushstrokes.
Still proud of this one.
