Spencer could only nod, arms wrapping around JJ tightly as he tried to hold back tears. Nightmares, again. He’d come to decide they would never go away, but hopefully, they would get less painful as time went on.
JJ was always there for him when he woke up, images of crime scenes with people he loved as the victims haunting his mind, and she always comforted him. He was inexplicably grateful to her for that.
