Unofficial Rule #5. Please tag me, I want to know your answers.
1. You are able to run a large-scale experiment with an unlimited budget that is guaranteed to produce conclusive results. What do you want to do and why?
I think I'd want to figure out a way to get all people who are stubborn and stuck in their ways to see that opening their minds and not being bigots could be a wonderful thing and that experiencing new things is beautiful and so much more fun and enjoyable than being ornery and sour all the time
2. Do you prefer optimism or pessimism? Why?
I used to prefer pessimism, just because that's just what I was used to and I was a stubborn stuck in my ways kind of person. But then I realized that being that way kind of seriously sucked and I didn't like it and I was the only one that could change how my life was going to treat me. So now I prefer optimism because, if anything else, it makes me feel better about myself as a person to not be so down about everything all the time
3. What is your ideal life in 10 years?
Hopefully I'll be the fuck out of Michigan. I would /really/ like to live in Hawai'i, but their economy absolutely sucks if you're not totally loaded and just going for vacation. I'm thinking maybe Tennessee or northern Florida. Maybe even Arizona. I honestly don't even care, as long as it's someplace warm and I'm happy and I'm with Connor
4. You’re on death row. What’s your last meal?
Prime rib with twice baked potatoes, candied yams, green bean casserole, fruit salad, and Logan's bread.
5. You start a secret society. What’s its purpose?
To secretly make peoples lives better. We would spend a lot of time in middle schools and high schools, undoing what bullies have done. We would make sure that you don't have things in your teeth or toilet paper sticking to your shoe. We would turn off the stove if you forget when you leave the house. We would make sure that people get the recognition they deserve. We would just do simple little things to make sure peoples days don't get ruined just because of stupid little things.
6. What’s your biggest wish?
My biggest wish is that people would just stop hating and belittling each other just because of seriously stupid shit that they can't control, and even stuff they can control, like what they put on in the morning. I wish people would see that there is literally no point to being assholes to each other.
7. Do you tend to share secrets with another or contain them?
Depends on the secret. If it's something that doesn't really matter then I'll keep it to myself. If it's something that could seriously make a difference in someone's life then I'm going to do whatever is best for them.
8. Would you rather dive or soar?
If we're talking scuba diving vs sky diving, I'm gonna go with scuba diving. But if we're talking being able to breathe underwater vs being able to fly, I'm going with the whole flying thing because I hate cars and long travel times.
9. Do you dog-ear your book pages?
No, but I'm not very careful with my books either. I feel that a used and battered and worn book is a loved book.
10. Are television shows a worthy investment of time?
There's definitely a lot of things I could be using my time better doing than watching 3 seasons of Avatar in one day, but there's a lot that I've learned from watching it. It's a balance, I think. I just choose to ignore the whole "balance" concept...
11. What is your favorite position to blog in?
If I'm on my phone: laying down. If I'm on a laptop: sitting on a bed with one leg crossed and its foot under the other leg's thigh. If I'm on a desktop: preferably in a swivel chair with my legs crossed.
The Questions I'm Asking:
1. How has your life changed in the last year?
2. What is your ultimate goal in life?
3. Do you have a hard time narrowing your favorite things down to just one thing?
4. Do you still sleep with a stuffed animal/certain blanket/etc. from your childhood?
5. What's on your Christmas list so far?
6. Why do you think it's so hard for all people to just get along?
7. What's your favorite memory from high school?
8. If you could have one special talent, what would it be?
9. What's one animal that you feel is under appreciated?
10. Do you prefer solar power, wind power, hydro-electric power, or nuclear power and what do you think could be the next great alternative power source? (Technically two questions, I know. Just roll with it.)
11. What should my last question be?
