"Well what more can i say about her? She's perfect." Jay said to the boys as you made some tea in the kitchen. You overheard him and a smile came onto your face. "Katie's one of those girls you only meet once in a life time. She's the one. I'm gonna marry her."
You dropped a cup and it shattered on the floor. Marriage? He wants to marry you? Were you even ready? You picked up the pieces and through them out, all these questions plus tons more going through your mind. You quickly brought the tea into the living room and sat it on the coffee table.
"Baby, can i ask you something?" Jay looked at you. You swallowed.
"Yeah, sure." You smiled.
"Will you please go and get my jumper? It's rather cold," He smiled at you. You sighed of relief. He chuckled. "Thought i was gonna ask you to marry me?"
"Yeah," You mutter and blush. "Kinda overheard the little conversation."
"Do you want to marry me?" He asked curiously. You nodded.
"One day," You smiled. On that exact day, a year later, you became Mrs. McGuinness.
