The #BrooklynDA has dropped ALL charges against #JazmineHadley, who's one-year-old son was violently ripped from her arms. The 23 year-old mother was sitting on the floor w/ her child, in an over crowded HRA office, waiting to renew her daycare service. She was told to move but there was nowhere to go. The police were called to ask Jazmine to leave since she was not sitting in a chair or standing and when she explained she took the day off from work and could not leave, they attempted to arrest her and take her child away.
