Hi! This is a bone-head question, I'm sure. But like a lot of things in TVP, simple things are just not intuitive to me. So, my question is: how can I reorder frames in a layer? Example: I have frames 1, 5, 9, and 13. How would I move frame 9 in front of frame 5, so that the new order would be 1, 9, 5, 13? *Sigh* I can't seem to drag a frame beyond it's front or back neighbor. It just bumps into it and stops.

I think the best way to go about that is to copy and paste your frames!  I hope that works!

Hi, I was wondering if TVP allows the canvas to rotate, as you can in Photoshop. Also, I'm really picky about having a sparse gui, and TVP's looks very intimidating and confusing. Is it possible to customize things and display only those tools and spaces that you want?

Absolutely! Hold down Ctrl+Alt to rotate the canvas and right click on this lil button down here for more options:

Also you would definitely benefit from building a custom panel, you can put lots of things in there like your favourite brushes, erasers and even actions.  The only panels I ever have up are the main panel, colour picker, tool options, layers, light table, navigation, and my custom panel with everything else.  I talk about the custom panel here under Brushes: http://tvpaintanimation.tumblr.com/post/11543208193/tvpaint-basics
