Prompt Eight: Postcard + Cobalt | Character Request Rules

Dear Aureolin and Carmine,

I hope this postcard finds you well. Fresh Town is such a nice place to stay, so I wanted to give you both a taste of what I’ve been experiencing here as an educator. Fun fact, the statue on this postcard is the oldest installment in this town, it was built decades ago.

I know I was skeptical about doing this and leaving you behind, but truthfully, now that I’m here, I’m glad you both convinced me to take this leap and pursue further education. Working with the children of Sun Horizon has really been a joy, and has helped me set my sights on why I’m doing this. However, I won’t lie, this experience has taught me that I am not built for Sun Horizon’s weather. Thank Selios, my guest house has air conditioning.

Regardless, I can’t wait to tell you all about this experience when I get home. I can’t deny that things haven’t been the same without having you around with me. Take care of yourselves.
