Okay life hack for fellow ADHDers or anyone caught in an endless scrolling loop when you really need to go do your life things- put music on.

This works for me when I put on music I really like and want to listen to, because videos might automatically turn off the music, and it irritates me to no end when I have to keep pressing play. You have to get up the moment you notice it irritates you and you leave the app or just the video you were watching so you can press play again. Hope this helps!
